The following methods are suitable for making a typical palm-sized stress ball. As well as you need an approximately 160 to 240 grams (5.6 to 8.5 oz) filling.

Method 1


How to make?

Set ballon mouth with funnel mouth and fill balloon by a tablespoon of corn and water until it fills without elastic. When your balloon nice and full tie up the ballon. Now you have a Stress ball.

  • A ballon
  • Glue bottle
  • Plastic or glass container to make the mixture
  • Liquid starch
  • A Spoon
  • A Fishnet

How to make?

Put glue(the amount that you need to full a balloon without stretching) to the container and then put a small amount of detergent (Liquid starch). Then mux altogether until glue becomes not sticky.

Then you can touch the mixture, it feels like slime. Now fill mixture to the ballon until full and not stretch. Then tie up the ballon. Now you can cover the ballon by a fishnet.

  • 3 ballons
  • A Funnel
  • Dry rice

How to make?

Stick funnel into the mouth of the balloon and fill the balloon with dry rice. Then tie the neck of the balloon tightly with filling. Take the next ballon and put the balloon with filling it into the new ballon. Do the same process to the next balloon too. Then tie up and remove excess parts for the balloon neck.
